yodawgiheardyoulikeponies: 12/24/13- Pony acquisition post #58: Princess Celebration Cars Playset! Year released: 2013 Generation: 4 Hooray! I got to open an early christmas present…and of course I got ponies hahaha! So let the Princess Celebration Cars playset, including Princess Twilight Sparkle in Cadence’s mold, Rarity, and Spike in a new mold start the pony Christmas brags! This playset is really cute and comes with a completely new molded turquoise, gold, pink, and purple coupe with pegs to fit Spike, normal sized ponies, and Princess-sized ponies, as well as pegs in the extra car attached to the main car. The back car is similar to a ‘parade float’ and has large pink wing attachments that fold out, and molded statues of guard ponies carrying purple flags to celebrate Twilight gaining her wings and princess status! The set also comes with 15+ accessories, mainly re-releases, such as a present box, barettes, etc. However, she has a newly molded crown and necklace that has pegs in them to fit gems (5 of which are included!)! The newly molded Spike, I believe, is a HUGE draw to this set. He is finally on two legs, and looks ADORABLE in his bow tie! The way his arm is held out makes him look like he is holding the steering wheel to the car! This set also comes with a Princess Twilight Sparkle figure in the cadence mold- she looks great and has less head-body mismatch as her unicorn figure, I believe.
