Ogle Earth wrote great KML to track Space Shuttle Discovery and ISS on Google Earth, by a Network Link to scrape cordinates from NASA website.
It shows actual altitude of the orbiters in good shape.

As STS-114 made orbit adjustment to get closer to ISS for docking, but that adjustment is not refrected to Celestrak data on time...
Remember, the Space Track data files are only updated twice each day.

The crews of STS 114 and ISS get together - they followed an old Navy tradition of ringing a bell to announce the arrival or departure of someone to a ship.
Space Shuttle returned to ISS first time since Nov. 25th, 2002.
