keepingthespiritalive: [Osaka Pro Update] After their latest event today, the vice-president of Osaka Pro-Wrestling Black Buffalo announced that all the wrestlers will be freelance as of April 20th. Buffalo announced that the 15th Anniversary show will go on as scheduled on April 29th at the IMP Hall in Osaka, but a new “promotion” will be built going forward. As of this time nothing has been announced for May, and media outlets in Japan are unsure of what is going to happen in the future. Buffalo asserted that the Chairman Yuji Sakagami, who was not present for the announcement today, will be continuing his work with them in the future. This follows the announcement that Osaka Pro would be withdrawing from their home arena in the Nasci Hall Umeda in April, which certainly left an air of uncertainty with the future of the promotion. I know I do not follow Osaka Pro on here as much as of late, but I will try and provide any updates when they are known. - CP/BushidoRX
