shitloadsofwrestling: PWF World Tag Team Champions Stan Hansen and Bruiser Brody [1984] There may be no two tougher, crazier-than-shit wrestlers than Stan Hansen and Bruiser Brody. When the two began pairing in AJPW, the tag division was shaken and stirred as both men unleashed fury on every team they faced, simply taking turns when the other man wanted to administer a beat down. The two won a championship tournament on April 25th, 1984, defeating Giant Baba and Dory Funk Jr. to become the first titleholders of the championships. They remained champions for 15 months before Brody left AJPW for NJPW, leaving Hansen to pick a replacement to co-hold the titles with. Hansen chose Ted DiBiase, and the two held the titles for 11 months before losing them, only to regain them a week and a day later.
