kevinandjody: When we design a new parade, we always hope there’s money in the budget to make models. Miniature models created during the design phase can make the final product so much better. Even the simplest paper model makes a tremendous difference. For Soundsational at Disneyland, the opening float has rotating rings that form an abstract profile of Mickey. If we hadn’t constructed a quick model early on, we would have had a heck of a time figuring it all out.
