commas-and-ampersands: Okay, but I do not understand this acting/directorial/writing choice. I need someone much smarter than me to meta this so that I understand it. It doesn’t seem consistent with book!Sansa or show!Sansa. She loves Margaery. If anything, she’s scared for Margaery being in this position now. It’s not as if Sansa envies her the position of Joffrey’s wife for heaven’s sake. Like, the only reason I can think of for this is so that Tyrion can say ‘better her than you.’ AND YOU COULD GET THE SAME EFFECT WITH SANSA BEING AFRAID FOR MARGAERY AND TYRION COMFORTING HER. SO WHY DIDN’T THIS HAPPEN? I don’t know, I’m very confused by this and I hope someone can help me make sense of it.
