keyofnik: I don’t know why I’m even bothering to TRY to find logic at his point, but why the hell did Nehellenia bring Chibs up here with her in the first place? She had her before the tent started to rise, so before she was going to be sealed away again, so thus before she knew she’d “lost”. It was also before she knew Usagi would be able to follow, so it wasn’t for any bartering tool there. Maybe … *deep breath, I can do this* Okay maybe she CAN’T touch the crystal now? Because the darkness has been dispelled? The whole “blanketing the world in darkness” thing seems to be what’s the main difference between when she tried the first time and now. I have so many questions about all THAT, but let’s go with it for the moment. So she can’t touch the Golden Thingie right now, which is what she really wanted. Chibs, however, is still holding it (because apparently she’s not just unconscious but in RIGOR MORTIS I dunno), so Nehellenia just scoops her up and will figure out the rest later. And she’s okay with that plan, until she sees herself in the mirror and functionally gives up. So fuck the Crystal, she doesn’t need it now, and fuck Chibs, who she never really needed at all, and now it’s just lashing out against the White Moon. Yeah that makes enough sense for now. Onward.
